BOOKING AND CONSULTATIONS

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking our enchanting services. By booking our services, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions:
Booking and Payment:
All services must be booked in advance.
Set-up and services are charged together as a single package.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your date and time.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the scheduled event before services begin.
Event Timeliness:
It is imperative that the full party is present and ready for services at the agreed-upon start time.
If the full party is not present at the scheduled start time, the client is still responsible for the full payment, and the agreed-upon services will be rendered within the remaining time.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
Cancellations made 30 days or less before the scheduled event may result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
Pricing and Minimums:
Large Event Package is priced at $200 per hour, with a minimum booking of 3 hours.
Large Event Package includes all services offered by EnchantTresses.
Travel Fees:
Travel fees may apply for events located outside a 15 mile radius from our base location in McKinney, Texas. Any applicable travel fees will be communicated and agreed upon during the booking process.
Liability and Conduct:
EnchantTresses and its staff will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the event.
Clients and their guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards our staff and equipment.
Use of Images:
EnchantTresses may take photographs of the event for promotional purposes. By booking our services, you grant us permission to use such images on our website, social media, and marketing materials.
Force Majeure:
EnchantTresses shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performing services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseen events.
Disputes and Governing Law:
Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Texas, and parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in McKinney, Texas.
